About Us

"In a Nutshell" Consultancy is new, but the people behind it are not. With decades in operations, we’ve built, scaled and guided businesses from the shop floor to the boardroom. We’ve worked across retail, wholesale, manufacturing, catalogue and ecommerce — and we understand the full end-to-end of strategy, planning, buying, moving, trading, and learning. We steer multi-channel businesses towards omni-channel with clarity, adapting to where you are — start-up, growth, or realignment. Our responsibility is simple: listen, analyse, define next steps based on markets, and set you on the path to customer satisfaction.

Together, we crack challenges, streamline processes, and deliver results. We’re sharp, jargon-free (unless you like it), and allergic to meetings for the sake of meetings and won't produce huge powerpoints for the sake of it.

Our Support team 

We only supply Partners who’ve done the job and have a reputation to shout about. Whether on the shop floor, in the warehouse, with suppliers, or in the boardroom. Experienced, humble kind humans (who also love nuts!), delivering real results without the suits or clipboards or powerpoints.

All our Partners have a minimum of 10 years experience to call upon. We ensure that for each project team overviews are sent out so you can know in advance who is assigned to your programme. If you are not happy with our selection we are not offended, we will offer an alternative.
